While all the members listed on our panel are bound by the KZN Society of Mediators’ Constitution and Code of Professional Conduct, only Mediator members have been accredited by the Society as having fulfilled our minimum requirements to be a mediator. Associate members may have completed these requirements to varying degrees and still be in the process of finalising their Mediator Membership. Each of our members has provided their own information and given permission to be listed on our website.
We encourage you to conduct your own due diligence when selecting a mediator for your specific dispute. The KZN Society of Mediators does not take any responsibility for your choice of mediator. However, we do hold all our members to the highest levels of professionalism and integrity, and we expect that you will receive the same in any mediation service that they provide.
