Nkateko Maluleke 

My name is Nkateko Maluleke, and I am the founder and sole mediator with a legal background at Adino Family Law Mediation Centre.

I am an accredited mediator of KZN society of mediators.

My in-depth expertise has grown over the 20 years of serving in the judicial courts as a district court Magistrate, a District and Regional court prosecutor, as a Maintenance officer the reason for a great understanding of the Judiciary system and family law.

My experience and interaction in the legal profession have endowed me with invaluable insight into the impact that I face in times of conflict and dispute at a legal level.

I worked as a prosecutor in cases of failure to comply with maintenance order, enquires for new maintenance order and substitution order.

Later on, as a Magistrate, I have handled many cases and have personally watched how lengthy litigation process that tears down families apart both emotionally and financially.

Adino Family Law Mediation Centre is founded upon a vision of being in a position to provide a more compassionate and cost-effective alternative to court-based proceedings. In this regard, through mediation, I try to help constructive dialogue take place so that there is mutual understanding and the family can reach a satisfactory agreement without necessarily having to go into protracted litigation.
