Nduduzo Gumede

Mr Gumede holds: Law Diploma, Small Business Diploma, Arbitration Certificate, Mediation Certificates, Advanced Insolvency Law Certificate, Business Rescue Certificate, Legal Writing Certificate, Project Management Certificate, Debt Counselling Certificate, Medical Law Certificate, Facilitation Certificate, Dispute Avoidance and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Engineering and Construction Contracts Certificate, Debt Collection Certificate,  Small Business Management Certificate, Dialogue Facilitator Certificate, and is currently completing his LLB Degree. He has acquired his experience, in a number of fields in which I have 17 years work experience. I started by working with Cool Ideas PTY (LTD) as a Social Mobiliser marketing and organizing HIV/AIDS Prevention Programs hosted in partnership with the Nelson Mandela Foundation, I was further employed and trained by the Nelson Mandela Foundation as a Facilitator and later was made Team Leader for the Mthatha Region in the Community Capacity Enhancement Programs I would oversee the projects progress and community’s adaptation to the project and rules, facilitate events, managing the team, market the project.

I later was Employed as a Legal Assistant for and trained by Advocate Lusindiso Matotie at the Advocates Chambers in Mthatha Eastern Cape around the 2009/2011 period, where I worked doing case analysis, research, drafting of legal documents, proof reading of legal documents, administration. In between these years even to date, I have been invited by legal practitioners to assist legal practitioners in their practices.

Nowadays as of 2015 to date, I practice as a practitioner in Mediation, Arbitration, ADR, Business Rescue, Insolvency, Debt Counselling, Administration of Estates, Medical Law, Legal Writing and Research.
