OBJECTIVE:

The objective of this résumé is to support the local court system, individuals and organisations with mediation services.

 SUMMARY OF RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS

 From 1999 until 2020 I was the co-owner of Dynamic Dimensions Training Academy Ltd, which dealt with various soft skills training including negotiation skills. In 2016 the government of Zambia advertised for people interested in becoming Court Annexed Mediators, I applied and was accepted. In September 2016 I attended a Court Annexed Mediation course, and practised Court Annexed mediation from 2016, on an as and when requested basis, until I left Zambia in 2020.

 On 23/11/2023 I completed my 80Hr Family Law Certificate (Magna Cum Laude).

 ACHIEVEMENTS

During my time as a mediator, I mediated numerous cases and settled all except one.

 EXPERIENCE

As the owner of a training institution, I was fortunate to train various organisations in negotiation skills and on occasion support them in their negotiations.

As a Court Annexed Mediator, I ensured all mediation protocols and practices were adhered to, documentation was completed (mediators report, settlement agreement), ensured settlement agreements were correctly typed, signed by the registrar and handed to the parties.
