Keep a record of your CPD points obtained for the year 1 Sept – 31 August: Note the title of the event attended, the date and the duration of the event.

Ensure you have proof of having attended the event. This excludes events, conferences or meetings run by the KZN Society for which we will have a record of attendees.

When you have obtained your 15 points, complete the following “CPD POINTS SUBMISSION” form on or before 31 August every year.

Please only submit proof of your CPD points once you have obtained all 15 points.

The onus is on you, as an accredited mediator, to provide evidence of the CPD points you have obtained during the preceding 12 months of the Society’s financial year. This can be in the form of certificates received, a screen shot showing your attendance, or by providing an official list/email detailing conference attendees, etc.

Click on the button below to submit your CPD points for the current year. This form should be submitted by every Mediator member by the end of the Society’s financial year on 31 August.
