Our panel of members

The Society lists members who have met its membership requirements and who have consented to appear publicly. A listing is not a recommendation or guarantee of any particular outcome. When you select and engage a mediator, you accept responsibility for that choice, and the onus is on you to satisfy yourself as to the mediator's suitability and relevant experience for your matter. Mediators listed here practise independently — they are not employees or agents of the Society, and the Society is not a party to any engagement between you and a mediator.

Member conduct

All members are bound by the Society's Code of Professional Conduct. If you believe a member has breached the Code, you may lodge a complaint under our Complaints Policy and Procedure.

Intellectual property

The Society's name, logo, and the text and images on this website belong to the Society or its licensors, and may not be reproduced without permission. The Society's logo may be used only by Mediator Members in accordance with the Society's rules.
