Muhamed Fazel Bulbulia

Fazel Bulbulia is a highly experienced legal professional and accredited mediator with a distinguished career spanning over four decades. His deep legal expertise, combined with a specialized focus in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), makes him a trusted and effective mediator for a wide range of disputes.

Admitted as an attorney in 1985, Fazel further qualified as a Conveyancer (1988) and Notary Public (1991), building a robust foundation in law. In 2009, he formally honed his dispute resolution skills, earning an Advanced Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution cum laude from the University of Pretoria/AFSA. He has since practiced extensively as a mediator and arbitrator.

Fazel’s mediation practice is informed by his significant practical experience, including serving on the KwaZulu-Natal Deeds Office panel of Arbitrators and as a member of the Law Society of South Africa’s ADR Committee.
