Shamla Naidoo

Shamla Naidoo is an admitted attorney and a Financial Sector Conduct Authority approved compliance officer, as well as a facilitator, moderator and assessor. She holds BA and LLB degrees and completed her mediation training with LEAD in 2021.

She has a year of formal ADR experience and many years of informal mediation, having worked in alternative dispute resolution during her time at the Legal Aid Board and currently working in the financial services industry.

Her mediation style is facilitative and transformative, and clients consistently report satisfaction with the process.
