Pieré Visagie
Just in Time Mediators
Piere Visagie practises as a mediator through Just in Time Mediators on the KZN South Coast, based in Port Shepstone.
He was co-owner of Dynamic Dimensions Training Academy from 1999 to 2020, where he trained organisations in negotiation and other soft skills and at times supported them in their own negotiations. In 2016 he was accepted onto the Zambian Court Annexed Mediation programme through the Ndola High Court, and practised as a court-annexed mediator there until 2020, settling all but one of the matters referred to him. In November 2023 he completed the 80-hour Family Law Mediation Certificate (magna cum laude) through the Mediation Academy.
His practice is grounded in facilitation, active and empathetic listening and patient, protocol-driven process management, including the drafting and finalising of mediator reports and settlement agreements.
