Nerisha Besesar

Nerisha Besesar is an internationally accredited mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), the largest independent dispute resolution body in Europe. Nerisha has over 12 years’ experience in general and commercial litigation and specialises in matters relating to debt recovery, property related issues, anti-competitive behaviour, consumer protection and educational institutions.

Nerisha is a partner and a notary public. She is also an Associate Member of the KZN Mediation Society. She also is an ad-hoc lecturer at the School for Legal Practice and sits as a Small Claims Court Commissioner.

Her particular field of interests in mediation disputes relates to commercial disputes and property related matters.
