Dr Juanita Easthorpe

Juanita Easthorpe is an academic who has lectured in family law for several years. She holds a LLB, LLM and PhD. She also lectures on alternative dispute resolution and children’s rights [local and international perspectives] in the LLM postgraduate program. Juanita is a fully accredited family and divorce mediator. Her focus in family mediation is to assist couples in negotiating disputes specific to their situation in order to reach an amicable solution. Juanita’s motivation is to help parties communicate meaningfully with each other by encouraging them to use mediation as a tool to reach an amicable resolution that suits them.
